Cancellation policy

A full refund is available for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the experience starting date is at least 14 days away. A 50% refund is available for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the experience starting date. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 7 days of the experience starting date.
